My son had his Nintendo DS stolen in a burglary, and I bought him a new one from Raf. Raf was very helpful, communications were excellent and I was very impressed. It's quite clear that his business is not just about making money, but about providing the customer with a very good service. I would recommend him.

I recently purchased 2 DSI package bundles plus additional games from ACE.
The service I received during the purchase and afterwards was excellent and would like to thank Raf personally for his help and perseverance through the process.
I am more than happy with the items purchased and will definately be recommending the service to others and no doubt be placing further orders in the future.

fantastic bloke bought a dsi xl with 50 games bundle not only did he get most of the games i asked for he also put a few xtra on for me.would highly recommend to anyone will definately be buying from him in future
